LinkedIn Calculators

A LinkedIn calculator estimates your reach, outreach response, sales pipeline or personal-brand score, for B2B and job seekers.

A LinkedIn calculator is a free tool that turns LinkedIn activity into a business number: an InMail response rate, a cold-outreach-to-meeting rate, a sales pipeline velocity or a personal-brand reach score. LinkedIn is where B2B and hiring happen, so these figures drive real decisions.

This hub gathers our LinkedIn tools in one place. Use the outreach and sales tools for B2B pipelines, the content tools for reach and posts, and the career tools for job applications. For other platforms, see the social media hub.

What Are the Main Types of LinkedIn Calculator?

LinkedIn calculations split into four kinds on this page. Each answers a different question.

Outreach

Outreach tools predict InMail replies and how many cold connections become meetings.

Sales Pipeline

Sales tools cost leads, score prospect lists and measure pipeline velocity.

Personal Brand and Content

Brand tools score reach and compare video with text posts.

Career

Career tools estimate job-application success.

How Is LinkedIn Pipeline Velocity Calculated?

LinkedIn pipeline velocity is calculated as the number of deals times the win rate times the average deal value, divided by the sales-cycle length. It shows how much revenue the pipeline generates per day.

Outreach tools use a different method: a response rate divides replies by messages sent, and a connection-to-meeting rate divides meetings booked by accepted connections. Each tool shows its inputs.

Worked example. Send 100 InMails at a 25 percent response rate and you get 25 replies. If one in five replies books a meeting, that campaign produces five meetings from 100 messages.

What Do the Key LinkedIn Terms Mean?

Six terms decide how LinkedIn outreach performs. Each definition below states the term in one line.

InMail
InMail is a paid LinkedIn message you can send to people outside your connections.
Response Rate
Response rate is replies divided by messages sent, shown as a percentage.
Pipeline Velocity
Pipeline velocity is how much revenue the sales pipeline generates per day.
Sales Navigator
Sales Navigator is LinkedIn’s paid tool for finding and tracking B2B leads.
ABM
ABM, account-based marketing, targets named companies rather than broad audiences.
Conversion Rate
Conversion rate is the share of prospects who take the action you want.

Frequently Asked Questions

What Is a Good LinkedIn InMail Response Rate?

A good LinkedIn InMail response rate is about 10 to 25 percent, well above cold email. The InMail predictor estimates yours from your message and audience.

How Do I Calculate Sales Pipeline Velocity?

Multiply the number of deals by the win rate and average deal value, then divide by the sales-cycle length in days. The pipeline velocity calculator does it for you.

Do Video Posts Beat Text on LinkedIn?

Video often earns more reach than text on LinkedIn, but text posts can drive strong engagement. The video vs text calculator compares them for your account.

Do These Calculators Use My Live LinkedIn Data?

No. You enter your own figures, so the estimates stay accurate whatever LinkedIn changes.

Do These Calculators Store My Figures?

No. Each calculator runs in your browser, and nothing is sent anywhere unless you save a result, which stays on your device.
